Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand the specific needs and backgrounds of clients, and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique situations.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients managing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and life transitions, utilizing modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or family systems therapy as appropriate.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with Arizona Board of Behavioral Health standards, ensuring that client records are up-to-date and compliant.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to develop an integrated care plan that supports client recovery.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations to share insights, enhance treatment strategies, and support a culture of collective care.

• Stay informed of emerging trends and research in marriage and family therapy to continuously improve your practice and contribute to team knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Required: Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• Education: A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is mandatory.
