Senior Analyst Executive Compensation

Overview A strategic advisory firm focused on executive compensation and corporate governance is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its New York office. This role is ideal for early‑career professionals with 1-2 years of analytical or consulting experience who are looking to build a strong foundation in compensation strategy, data analysis, and financial modeling. Key Responsibilities Support senior team members in delivering executive compensation analyses for public and private company clients. Conduct quantitative research, including benchmarking, incentive plan reviews, and governance‑related assessments. Build financial and equity valuation models to evaluate pay structures, long‑term incentives, and performance outcomes. Help prepare client‑ready reports, presentations, and Compensation Committee materials. Analyze proxy filings and other public disclosures to identify compensation trends, governance issues, and peer practices. Assist in managing multiple workstreams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across deliverables.
