Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations, taking comprehensive patient histories to evaluate health needs and concerns.
• Apply advanced nursing skills to perform specific women's health procedures, including IUD insertions, Nexplanon placements, colposcopies, endometrial biopsies, and pessary fittings, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
• Collaborate closely with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary teams to manage complex patient cases, ensuring best practices are utilized to promote optimal health outcomes.
• Advocate for the health and wellness of our patients, integrating their physiologic, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs into personalized care plans.
• Oversee coordination and continuity of patient care, maintaining collaborative relationships with other healthcare providers to streamline patient management.
• Manage follow-up appointments and diagnostic tests by reviewing medical records and ordering tests in accordance with established protocols.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for accurate patient documentation and communication within the healthcare team.
• Implement best practices in safety and legal compliance, including maintaining patient confidentiality and managing risks effectively.
• Respond efficiently to emergencies, executing established protocols and ensuring timely notifications to appropriate personnel.
• Embrace a service-oriented approach, delivering both care and guidance with warmth and respect towards patients, their families, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Texas, along with DEA and CDS certification.
• Requires a minimum of one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with a focus on women's health being highly preferred.
• Experience with telemedicine and EHR systems is advantageous.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a concierge medicine setting or house calls.
• Strong clinical skills in reproductive healthcare and a demonstrated ability to manage a variety of patient scenarios effectively.
• Ability to work flexibly, demonstrating competence in various women’s health procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $120,000 to $220,000 based on experience and expertise. Our benefits package is tailored to support the well-being of our employees and includes:
