Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current, unrestricted Colorado Physical Therapist license
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to practice independently in a home-based setting

Assignment Details

• Monday - Friday.
• 8 am - 5 pm.

Location Highlights

Grand Junction offers access to outdoor recreation and regional landmarks in western Colorado. Colorado National Monument is about 15 minutes from central Grand Junction and features red rock canyons, scenic drives, and hiking trails.
