Speech Language Pathologist

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech Pathology, Speech Audiology, Communications Disorders, or similar program.
- Speech-Language Pathologist Certification
- Washington State Educational Staff Associate Certification (ESA) with appropriate endorsement
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents and staff
Job Description:
- Caseload and details of position/classroom type will differ based on school location Recruitment Specialists can discuss in detail upon application to connect you to the classroom and best suits your experience and skillset
- Contract through the 2025/2026 school year 37.5 to 40 hours per week
- Contract follows the academic district calendar
Position Overview: Provide speech and language therapy services to help students improve communication and learning skills.
Essential Functions:
- Identify students needing specialized speech or language services and provide tailored solutions for academic success.
- Conduct individual and group therapy using curriculum-based materials and provide progress reports.
- Supervise support staff, consult with educators, and provide alternative communication systems.
- Create engaging learning environments and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
- Explore individual learning needs, develop personalized solutions, and implement curriculum goals.
- Model mature behavior, uphold values, and encourage character development.
Salary: $2,500 to $2,710 per week
