About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant to partner with its founder and support a small, growing team. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, scheduling, correspondence, priorities, and travel logistics; anticipating needs and resolving conflicts; and supporting communications, presentations, expenses, meetings, and special projects. The role also includes personal assistance, office operations, vendor and event coordination, and identifying ways to improve processes as the organization grows. Candidates should have experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a comparable senior administrative role in a fast-paced professional environment. Strong organization, initiative, problem-solving, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently are essential. The ideal candidate brings excellent communication and relationship-management skills, a proactive approach to anticipating needs, and confidence taking ownership. A technology-forward mindset, including interest in using AI and other tools to improve workflows, is also required.
