About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to its founder and support a small, growing team. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, priorities, correspondence, and day-to-day administrative needs; coordinating detailed business and personal travel; and anticipating scheduling needs. The role also supports client communications, presentations, expenses, meetings, and special projects. Additional duties include personal assistance, office operations, vendor relationships, events, and improving processes as the organization grows. Candidates should have high-level executive assistant, chief of staff, or comparable administrative experience in a fast-paced professional environment. Strong organization, initiative, problem-solving, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently are essential. The role also calls for excellent communication and relationship-management skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, ownership-oriented approach. A technology-forward mindset and interest in using AI and other tools to improve workflows and productivity are valued.
