Arium Real Estate is looking for full-time Florida real estate agents who are growth-minded, coachable, and ready to take an active role in building their business.

An active Florida real estate license.
Real-world sales experience with a desire to increase production.
A full-time commitment to building your real estate business.
Consistent follow-up and quick response to opportunities.
A willingness to work leads and build relationships.
Participation in coaching, training, and accountability.
Comfort using technology and systems.
Openness to feedback and continued learning.
