Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients through virtual platforms to evaluate strengths, needs, and mental health challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address distinct client issues.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on therapeutic interventions that foster emotional healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is mandatory.

• At least two (2) years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, particularly in hospice or palliative settings, is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in conducting thorough diagnostic assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with electronic health records and virtual session management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload. Additional benefits include:
