Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator

3815 Media, Inc is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to support audio and video editing, content creation, YouTube, social media, SEO, website design and updates (WIX), marketing campaigns, and multimedia streaming and television distribution. The ideal candidate has strong communication, marketing, and content production skills and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced media environment. Key Responsibilities: Create content and marketing copy for digital and TV platforms. Design and manage websites utilizing (WIX) and also provide client support. Support marketing campaigns and participate in strategy meetings. Distribute content across television, streaming, podcast, radio, and digital channels and demonstrate a trackable follower growth Advanced video and audio editing for broadcast and online platforms. Manage Google and Meta ad placement for multiple brands and prepare weekly performance reports. Assist with digital marketing initiatives and brand growth strategies. Prepare weekly recap reports and performance presentations. Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams. Qualifications: Experience in content creation, digital marketing, and social media management. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Premiere Pro, and related design tools. Knowledge of SEO, YouTube, Google Analytics, content marketing, and website design and (WIX) management. Strong copywriting, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with video production, podcasting, and multimedia content distribution preferred. 2+ years in Marketing, Content Creation, Digital Media, or a related field. Additional Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate digital content. Candidates should possess Content Management and Content Strategy skills to organize, schedule, and optimize content across multiple platforms. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights) is beneficial. Familiarity with content management systems and basic HTML or CMS workflows is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. This position is Full-Time and in office on Monday - Friday.
