Must be in Southern NV and have reasonable commute to Las Vegas, NV due to in-office requirements.

SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Tuesday-Saturday, 1:00pm – 10:00pm PST

PCI is seeking a Client Solutions Coordinator who is detail-oriented , customer-focused , and passionate about delivering exceptional service . In this role, you'll resolve escalated issues , support daily client service operations , assist team members , and help ensure efficient workflows .

This is an exciting opportunity to expand your leadership and problem-solving skills while contributing to the success of both our clients and internal teams .

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Troubleshoots and resolves escalated application and contracting issues and questions.
• Assists employees with department processes, procedures, and technical needs.
• Provides overall daily support and presence for department team members.
• Monitors outbound queues while adjusting and delegating queues as needed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Have Qualifications:

• High School diploma, GED, or a minimum of 4 years equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a lead type of role.
• Previous experience with escalated levels of responsibility in prior position.
• Strong communication skills with a high level of client support.

Nice to have but not Required!

• Minimum of 1-year relevant working experience.
• Previous experience in a call center environment.
• Previous Customer Service experience.
