Legal Intake Specialist

Bighorn Law, a prominent legal firm in Las Vegas, is seeking a dedicated Legal Intake Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your role will involve conducting initial client interviews, gathering essential information, and ensuring a seamless intake process. Responsibilities Conduct initial client intake interviews over the phone Review and organize client documents and information for attorneys Assist in scheduling client appointments and managing attorney calendars Ensure all client files are accurately maintained and up to date Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout their legal process Qualifications Bilingual (English and Spanish) College degree preferred Legal experience is a plus but not required Deadline driven Detail oriented Accurately prepare reports and summaries Manage data integrity Positive, confident, and charismatic attitude Great active listening skills Intelligent analytical ability to determine liability, damages, and the source of recovery Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written Resourceful in helping investigate and uncover issues and proactively create solutions Professional attire and demeanor Compensation $18 - $21 per hour, plus performance bonus. #J-18808-Ljbffr WizeHire, Inc
