Intake Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Intake Attorney in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role involves engaging with prospective clients, providing legal guidance, and building trust to facilitate client retention. The position is based in a high-volume call center environment, focusing on the initial stages of client relationships. Duties Speak directly with prospective clients to explain the legal process and assist in decision-making. Establish credibility and trust quickly through professional communication. Follow up on pending calls and unsigned retainers, ensuring timely communication. Coordinate with leadership and attorneys to ensure efficient case onboarding. Document conversations and case assessments accurately in the intake system. Evaluate potential personal injury cases with the Under Review team. Review early case materials to inform assessments and decisions. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active member of a state Bar in good standing. 1+ years experience managing a high-volume caseload or intake pipeline. Familiarity with client intake and case management platforms preferred. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced call center environment. Fluency in Spanish is a strong plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Active member of a state Bar in good standing. Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and engaged approach to work. Ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
