If you enjoy working outside performing manual labor using rakes, shovels, compactors and brute strength, we want to hear from you. If you have experience doing landscaping or working on a farm, even better! Responsibilities As a member of the team, you can expect to travel throughout the region to work on projects related to infrastructure including landfill, highway, site prep, and public works projects. In these roles, you may travel, with travel expenses including lodging, mileage, and per diem for meals paid by Sargent, and you will be home every weekend.
