Working ConditionsYou will work in a vibrant, fast-paced retail environment with moderate noise levels, representing Spectrum’s brand in a professional uniform. The role is physically demanding, requiring you to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.What You’ll Bring to SpectrumRequired Skills/Abilities & KnowledgeAbility to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees and customers in person, on the phone, and by written communication in a clear, straightforward and professional mannerSignificant time working retail store environmentProven ability to lead others and motivate them to succeed in a goal and incentive-based work environmentDetail oriented and a good problem solverHigh comfort level with personal technology, such as mobile devices and personal video platformsKnowledge and ability to use computer and software applicationsAbility to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks/projects and handle change effectivelyWork scheduled overtime as neededRequired EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalentRequired Related Work Experience2-3 years Sales/Customer Service experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience: 1+ year Management experience; 2-3 years Telecommunications/wireless experienceTech Knowledge: Familiarity with the latest technology and devices.Travel: Willingness to travel to other locations as business needs dictate.Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.Sales Training: Certifications in sales training are a plus.#LI-NT1 SRL102 2026-76843 2026 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers. A qualified applicant’s criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.The base pay for this position generally is between $22.75 and $48.35. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
