Position Title: Senior Staff Accountant

This role is essential for managing the financial operations within a dynamic property management environment. The Senior Staff Accountant will oversee accounting tasks related to multiple properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Salary Range: $115,000-$125,000+ / Year DOE

Senior Staff Accountant Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounting functions for a portfolio of properties
• Oversee payment processing and accounting group management
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
• Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency
• Support the growth of the accounting department as the portfolio expands

Senior Staff Accountant Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience
• Proficiency in Onesite/RealPage is required
• Experience in multifamily accounting is required
• Bachelor's degree is required
• MBA/CPA is preferred
