Senior Accountant

Job Title
Job Description: Key Responsibilities:
- Process 100+ weekly invoices and manage customer billing
- Track KPIs and support financial reporting
- Prepare driver pay settlements and assist with payroll
- Reconcile payments, accounts, and general ledger
- Support month-end close and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain vendor/customer records and generate reports
- Assist Accounting Manager as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance + 3–6 years’ experience
- Strong GAAP knowledge and accounting processes
- Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and close cycles
- Advanced Excel and QuickBooks proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Preferred: CPA/CMA, Master’s/MBA, public accounting, NetSuite experience
