Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled, hands‑on accounting leader to oversee all financial operations for a growing global manufacturing organization. This role combines strategic oversight with day‑to‑day execution, requiring a candidate who is equally comfortable driving financial insights as they are rolling up their sleeves to ensure accurate and timely accounting. As the lead for all accounting functions, you will own the integrity of financial reporting across multiple entities and currencies, manage the full close process, and deliver clear, actionable insights to leadership. You will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, supporting operational decision‑making, and optimizing systems and processes in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment. This position also requires deep expertise in manufacturing and cost accounting, including inventory management, standard costing, variance analysis, and product profitability. You will partner closely with operations to understand cost drivers, improve efficiency, and support business performance. Key Responsibilities Include: Leading all core accounting functions (AP, AR, GL, payroll support) Owning month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes Preparing accurate financial statements and reporting packages Managing cost accounting, inventory valuation, and COGS analysis Driving financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI tracking Ensuring GAAP compliance, strong internal controls, and audit readiness Supporting global operations, including intercompany and currency activities Improving ERP systems, processes, and data integrity We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, analytical leader with a hands‑on mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a lean, dynamic environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
