Warehouse Team Leader

The Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for assisting the Senior Supervisor in directing and supervising the warehouse operations. Coordinate and lead warehouse activities daily. Under the direction of Warehouse operation management, he/she is responsible for the receiving, warehousing, and shipping of product within the Company's service and cost objectives. Participate in implementing work schedules and ensuring that jobs are assigned effectively and completed properly. Lead the Warehouse staff by instructing and assisting.

Team: QPS & Relay/Packing

Shift: First

To perform this job successfully, must have 2-4 years in a warehouse environment. Ability to effectively present information and respond questions from groups of managers, and clients. Must have previous experience with positions that oversee a high level of detail and quality. Possess a sense of urgency, and accountability. Experience with WMS, Excel, Word, PP.

Will work with all levels in the organization.

This position requires physical demands to include but not limited to standing, walking, sitting, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting, pushing, climbing, pulling and carrying of heavy objects repeatedly.
