Our client is seeking an organized, motivated Account Coordinator II to support healthcare marketing and advertising projects from initiation through completion. This role is ideal for a highly detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, timelines, deliverables, and documentation from initiation through completion.
• Partner with Traffic, Creative, Production, Project Management, and Medical/Regulatory teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain project requisitions, status reports, meeting notes, estimates, timelines, and other account documentation.
• Coordinate client deliveries, scheduling, approvals, revisions, and supporting materials.
• Monitor project expenditures and assist with budget tracking, estimates, and financial reporting.
• Prepare projects and supporting documentation for client and Medical/Regulatory review.
• Troubleshoot scheduling or project issues and communicate updates, risks, and changes to appropriate stakeholders.
• Assist with creative development sessions and other account management activities.
• Maintain organized project files and support administrative activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Healthcare, or related discipline preferred.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing, advertising, healthcare, finance, account coordination, or a related field preferred.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook .
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing or Veeva Vault experience is a plus.
• Smartsheet and basic accounting/budgeting experience are preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM PT
Pay: Starting at $27/hr
Location: Irvine, CA - Hybrid, 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Contract: 1 year with possibility of extension
