Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Multiple Shifts Available

Baybrooke Village Care and Rehab Center – McKinney, TX We are looking for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to join our team in a dynamic long‑term and rehabilitative care facility. Position Overview As an LVN, you will participate in and direct the delivery of patient care in accordance with facility clinical systems, regulatory requirements, and physician orders. Your focus will be on ensuring the highest quality services in a customer‑service‑friendly environment and creating a positive resident experience. LVN Responsibilities Maintain appropriate nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practice consistent with licensure requirements and the Nurse Practice Act. Evaluate staffing patterns needed to meet resident needs in conjunction with the Director of Nursing. Administer medication/treatments as prescribed. Receive, transcribe, and implement physician orders. Implement and evaluate care plans. Identify / secure equipment supplies. Direct and oversee subordinates. Participate in duty assignments. Organize and coordinate subordinates, job tasks, and time allotments. Oversee and monitor the function and activities of subordinate staff. Evaluate staff performance and institute appropriate action, discipline, or training. Monitor infection control compliance. Investigate and document accidents/incidents. Perform other duties as assigned. LVN Requirements Current, valid licensure as an LVN. Experience in long‑term health care preferred. Management or supervisory experience required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal skills.
