Work Environment

Our rehabilitation facility is designed to create a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere where patients feel comfortable and motivated during their recovery journey. The center features state-of-the-art equipment and spacious therapy areas to facilitate effective treatments, including exercise therapy, manual therapy, and other specialized rehabilitation techniques. Join us onsite from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, enjoying the collaborative spirit of our team in a vibrant Florida setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patient conditions to devise personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs and recovery goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise instruction, pain management, and manual therapies to enhance patient recovery.
• Document patient progress meticulously and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and medical staff, to provide holistic care.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment goals, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications necessary for sustainable recovery.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient outcomes, share insights, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our rehabilitation programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our center specializes in treating a diverse clientele, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and geriatric challenges. As a Physical Therapist, you will actively engage with patients from various backgrounds, tailoring your approach to meet their unique rehabilitation needs and empowering them to achieve their maximum potential.

Qualifications

• An active or eligible Physical Therapy (PT) license in Florida.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; advanced degrees (i.e., Master's) are welcomed.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, practices, and protocols, supported by a commitment to lifelong learning.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, preferably in outpatient settings.
• Experience with documentation and compliance standards related to physical therapy practices.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems to enhance record-keeping efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
