Live To Move Rehab Center in Estero, Florida, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity. This role is centered on enabling patient recovery and enhancing functional movement through evidence-based therapeutic practices. Work Environment

Your role will be within our well-equipped rehabilitation center, where you'll interact daily with clients seeking to regain their physical capabilities. The ideal candidate will thrive in an onsite environment during our operating hours, which are typically Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling options including 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM shifts, as well as 4x10 hour rotations. Emphasis is placed on teamwork and continual learning, ensuring that each therapist contributes to and learns from fellow professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, individualized assessments to evaluate patients' movement patterns and functional capabilities, identifying areas of improvement.
• Design, implement, and refine therapeutic exercise programs tailored to each patient's unique needs, employing manual therapy, modalities, and exercise techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to enhance patient outcomes through regular case discussions and shared expertise.
• Provide hands-on coaching to patients, motivating them to achieve their recovery goals and instilling confidence in their movement abilities.
• Document patient progress comprehensively, ensuring all records meet regulatory requirements and contribute to ongoing care strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest research and treatment methodologies in the field of physical therapy, integrating new knowledge into practice.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required. While advanced degrees are preferred, a base qualification is essential for this role.
• Must possess a valid Florida Physical Therapy license or be eligible for licensure in the state.
• Strong clinical reasoning and effective interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with patients.
• Proficiency in utilizing modern therapeutic equipment and understanding of various treatment modalities.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred, demonstrating an aptitude for patient assessment and program development.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a lucrative compensation package, you will enjoy:
