Events Manager

Owning the creative vision and execution of two company-wide offsites each year, the full-time remote Events Manager will manage logistics, research destinations, and build excitement for experiences that engage approximately 175 team members. Key responsibilities Plan and execute two major offsite events annually, ensuring a memorable experience for attendees Research and coordinate logistics for destinations, accommodations, meals, and activities Serve as the primary point of contact for the team, providing updates and gathering feedback to improve future events Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in internal event planning or a similar role Proven track record of producing high-touch, memorable events Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex logistics Creative problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
