Global Events Marketing Manager

The Global Events Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, delivering and continuously improving ePS's global customer events programme to strengthen customer relationships, support commercial growth and enhance the company's brand.

The role owns the end-to-end delivery of global customer events, ensuring every event is strategically aligned, commercially focused and executed to the highest standard. Working closely with Regional Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams, the role ensures events consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving measurable business outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Lead the planning, coordination and execution of global trade shows and some regional event support.
• Work closely with Regional Marketing Managers to ensure global consistency while supporting regional market requirements and priorities.
• Manage the end-to-end event lifecycle, including planning, logistics, supplier management, communications, attendee experience, onsite delivery and post-event evaluation.
• Manage the execution of events within approved budgets, ensuring maximum commercial value and return on investment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with venues, suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders to deliver consistently high-quality events.
• Develop integrated event marketing plans in partnership with the wider marketing team to maximise attendance, engagement, pipeline generation and customer retention.
• Establish clear event objectives and success measures, analysing performance and recommending continuous improvements based on data and feedback.
• Ensure exceptional attention to detail across every stage of event planning and delivery to achieve flawless execution and consistently high-quality customer experiences.

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing complex global B2B events and customer conferences within a corporate marketing environment.
• Experience managing external agencies, venues, suppliers and event partners.
• Commercial mindset with experience measuring event performance, return on investment and business impact.
• Experience using event management and marketing platforms such as Cvent, HubSpot, Eventbrite and ON24.
• Strong project management, budgeting and vendor negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal Business English communication skills.
• Ability to analyse event performance data and translate insights into continuous improvements.
• Experience within the packaging manufacturing software industry is desirable but not essential.
