Rudeen Management is looking for an organized, dependable, and people-focused HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping others, keeping things organized, learning new systems, and wants the opportunity to build a career in HR. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes confidentiality seriously, pays attention to the details, and can be counted on to follow through. What You’ll Be Doing Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding. Maintain employee records, HR documentation, forms, and system information. Help manage Rudeen University, our employee training platform, and support company training and compliance requirements. Track HR deadlines, documentation, and employee follow-up. Assist with performance reviews, employee communications, recognition, and engagement activities. Complete employment verifications and other routine HR requests. Help with HR reporting, record audits, projects, and day-to-day department needs. Provide employees and managers with routine HR and system support. Maintain confidentiality of employee, applicant, and company information at all times. Take on additional HR responsibilities as your knowledge and experience grow. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous Human Resources, administrative, customer service, recruiting, training, or related experience preferred. Strong commitment to confidentiality and appropriately handling sensitive information. Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple priorities. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable learning new systems and HR processes. Most importantly, an interest in learning, growing, and building experience in Human Resources.
