Job Title

Pay Range: $19.08hr - $40.07hr

Requirement/Must Have:

Responsibilities:

• Follow engineering instructions to ensure that all parts meet strict technical cleanliness requirements essential for space applications.
• Perform particulate counts and NVR (Non-Volatile Residue) testing to verify that components meet the 100A/2 cleanliness level.
• Work independently in an ISO 5 cleanroom environment, wearing a full bunny suit to prevent contamination.
• Stand for extended periods and lift parts weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Handle and clean parts using approved solvents, including isopropyl alcohol (IPA), and be comfortable working in environments where IPA is present.
• Document cleaning processes, inspection results, and any deviations from cleanliness standards.
• Communicate effectively with engineers and team members to clarify requirements and report issues.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols at all times.
• Operate and maintain cleaning and testing equipment according to established procedures.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance cleaning processes and meet evolving cleanliness standards.

Nice To Have:

• Experience within a Class 100 (ISO 5) clean room.
• Good computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read drawings and/or schematics per industry specifications.

Qualification And Education:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4+ years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
