Oracle Fast Formula Developer

Virtual Vocations Inc

To support a large-scale Oracle ERP transformation program, the full-time Oracle Fast Formula Developer will manage end-to-end Fast Formula assignments, collaborating with functional and technical teams while delivering high-quality Fast Formulas for a major healthcare client in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Own Fast Formula assignments from requirement intake to unit testing and delivery Translate functional requirements into effective Fast Formula designs with minimal rework Participate in client-facing meetings and facilitate working sessions with stakeholders Required qualifications Multiple years of experience building production Fast Formulas across various types such as Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits Deep knowledge of the Fast Formula language, including contexts, arrays, and performance considerations Strong understanding of Fast Formula architecture best practices, including modularization and regression testing Working knowledge of the Oracle HCM data model and functional architecture Ability to effectively translate ambiguous functional requirements into working formulas
