Responsibilities Provide direct occupational therapy care to patients. Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients, understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for recovery. Celebrate patient victories. Qualifications Current licensure or certification required by state regulations. CPR certification. Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience.
