Accounting Analyst

Position Summary As an Accounting Analyst, you will provide accounting support and financial planning and analysis for the Corporate Controllers and Rebates Department. You will maintain sub‑ledgers, reconcile client payable accounts monthly, process adjustments in the Rebate System, and ensure balances sync with Manufacturer A/R. You will also test internal controls for Rebates functions under SOX, prepare monthly client profitability analysis, create rebate booking files and journal entries, and explain variance drivers. Required Qualifications 1+ year of experience using Excel in a professional or academic setting. 1+ year of professional work and/or internship experience, preferably with Access, Excel, SAP, accounting transactions, analytics, or variance research. Preferred Qualifications Experience developing databases and applications for data transformation and validation. Experience setting up user interface forms and expertise in data mining SQL. Experience with PBM. Ability to understand and calculate complex financial arrangements. Experience in trade finance, rebate operations, finance, corporate accounting, or operations. Education Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is $43,888.00 – $93,574.00 . The base salary will depend on experience, education, geography and other factors. The position is also eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay.
