Project Manager

The selected candidate will:

• Coordinate project governance activities including status reporting, issue escalation, risk management, and dependency tracking
• Manage and maintain project RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and facilitate mitigation and resolution activities.
• Support project change control processes including scope management, impact assessments, change tracking, and governance coordination.
• Coordinate integrated schedule activities across business, technology, vendor, and implementation teams
• Partner with the Finance Team and leadership to support project resource planning, forecasting, and staffing coordination activities.
• Track resource allocation, utilization, onboarding coordination, and project staffing requirements
• Prepare and deliver executive project status reports, dashboards, metrics, and governance updates
• Monitor project progress against scope, schedule, budget, and delivery objectives
• Escalate project risks, issues, delays, and resource constraints as appropriate
• Coordinate vendor activities and track delivery commitments, dependencies, and action items.

  Ensure adherence to EPMO governance standards, reporting requirements, and delivery methodologie
• sSupport integrated planning activities across Detailed Design, development, testing, deployment, and transition phase
• sAssist with executive communications, project presentations, and governance material
• sPromote proactive risk management, delivery transparency, and accountability across project team
• sProvide hands-on project coordination and delivery support as needed to maintain program momentu
• mThe Project Manager must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
