What You’ll Do: Support purchasing and procurement activities while learning the fundamentals of the Buyer role. Analyze data using Microsoft Excel to track information, identify trends, and support business decisions. Communicate effectively with internal teams to gather information, resolve issues, and ensure timely task completion. Prioritize multiple assignments, adapt to changing business needs, and consistently meet deadlines. Take ownership of assigned tasks, follow through on commitments, and proactively ask questions to build knowledge. Collaborate on team projects while also working independently to achieve individual goals. Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work, including occasional overtime when business needs require. Job Requirements What You’ll Bring: HS Diploma or GED 1 year of experience in an office environment What Sets You Apart: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field preferred; recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Up to 5 years of experience in an office or professional business environment. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to work with formulas; VLOOKUP experience is a plus. Experience with ERP or MRP systems is a plus but not required. Willingness to work overtime when needed Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and a dependable work ethic with strong attendance. Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn while building a long-term career. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
