Job Responsibilities Supervise a small team consisting of Order Pullers, Shipping, Inventory, and Receiving Team Members Delegate tasks to the team as required. Keeping team members on task. Stepping in to assist Team Members to complete required tasks on time. Coordinate and monitor schedules, appointments, and order supplies as needed to support the manufacturing process. Print and prepare Build Documents for the Order Pullers Inventory management, including analyzing variances, processing returns, part identification and labeling, etc. Implementing Continuous Improvements through corrective actions and risk analysis Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that parts are available when needed and that there are no shortages or excesses Ensure that all parts received meet quality standards and are properly labeled and stored Communicate with various departments to ensure timely delivery and proper inventory management Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that received and shipped materials meet quality standards Performs other related duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities Previous experience in a production environment, ideally in a similar role such as a supervisor or lead, is preferred. 1+ year of proven experience in parts picking, shipping, and receiving, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills. Demonstrates strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Working not only as a Team Member but also as a Team Leader. Excels at time management, is organized, and detail-oriented. Works well in a fast-paced workplace and is good at multitasking. Experience with production scheduling, coordinating, and supervision is a plus. Strong verbal and written skills are essential for effective coordination and team management. Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications in logistics or management are a plus. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of standing.
