Culinary Services Assistant

Job Title: Culinary Services Assistant Location: Centralia, IL Pay Range: $20.38 /hour Shift: 6 a.m. - 2 p.m., Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week What's the Job? Perform a variety of tasks related to Cafeteria and Catering operations, including cooking, serving, cleaning, and dishwashing Assist with planning and executing Cafeteria and Catering events as needed Operate cash registers and handle cash register operations during assigned shifts Support inventory management, ordering, and restocking activities Ensure quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained in all aspects of food service What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent Current Food Sanitation License or willingness to obtain one Current food allergen certificate Ability to read and interpret written instructions and recipes Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service focus What's in it for me?
