Job Summary
The Channel Marketing Program Manager is responsible for driving growth, engagement, and customer acquisition through strategic partnerships-primarily within the real estate channel. This role combines program management, business development, and marketing execution to expand referral networks, increase partner participation, and deliver measurable revenue impact.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong execution skills who can manage campaigns, analyze performance data, and build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Program & Channel Growth

Own and grow the real estate/referral channel by increasing partner enrollments and engagement

Marketing & Campaign Execution

Business Development & Client Engagement

Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and strategic partners

Analytics & Performance Management

Track KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Program Operations

Manage referral platforms, onboarding processes, and reward programs

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in program management, marketing, or business development
- Strong communication and presentation skills (client-facing).
- Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams
