Wholesale Assistant

Location: HQ - Williamsburg, Brooklyn Status: Full-time / 100% on-site Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 annually Position Summary: Under the direction of the Head of Wholesale, the Wholesale Assistant will be responsible for driving sales growth in Kith stores and wholesale accounts by assisting with financial reporting, market preparation, and overall accounts management. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and collaborative environment. Candidates must be analytically strong and having professional Excel experience is a must. Responsibilities Run and analyze weekly/seasonal sales reports that highlight opportunities for growth and outline areas for improvement. Assist with order creation, purchase orders, track changes, and follow up. Help with sample prep and set up during market week for wholesale appointments. Communicate calendar and assortment changes to all points of distribution. Collaborate with cross-functioning product development, production, footwear, special projects, logistics, and design teams to acquire and relay necessary information to partners. Maintain costing files and update budget plans accordingly. Generate product knowledge linesheet reports to share with wholesale partners. Communicate important feedback from accounts internally. Provide accurate ATS information and provide suggestions for reorders. Develop a strong working knowledge of product. Seasonal store visits to our domestic account. Experience 1-3 years of relevant experience including internships. Degree in a relevant course of study. Skills Proficient in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.). Strong analytical skills: retail math and selling analysis. Critical thinking, problem solving. Professional Characteristics Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Analytical and data-driven. Personal Characteristics Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
