Client Manhattan Pre-owned Sales Administrator

The mission of the Client Manhattan Pre-owned Sales Administrator is to be responsible for preparing all necessary Pre-owned department purchasing, wholesaling and titling in accordance with state, federal and corporate policies.

The Client Manhattan Pre-owned Sales Administrator must provide a consistently outstanding brand and customer experience through consistently excellent preparation, attitude, and teamwork.

• Follow up on trade, direct purchase and lease buyout titles.
• Maintain pre-owned police books in Verifi.
• Insuring accuracy and compliance with both corporate and state requirements.
• Maintain loaner fleet up to date in DMS.
• Maintain integrity of customer files by complying with corporate, state and federal regulations (i.e. Privacy Act).
• Responsible lease maturity DPP purchases.
• Stock in all pre-owned cars to DMS and acquire in Netstar.
• Titling of pre-owned in compliance with state regulations.
• Bill all wholesale and auction deals.
• Updates all pre-owned vehicle inventory price changes.
• Processes electronic funding through MB Advantage for DPP program vehicles.
• Maintain Title tracking and reporting.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Qualifications

• Bachelors college degree (preferably in Accounting) or equivalent work experience.
• Automotive Administration experience including Title, and DMV experience
• Software that is applicable to the job.
• Ability to use the CDK accounting system.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Able to commute into and out of Manhattan/New York City on a daily basis.
