Role Description

This is full‑time remote or hybrid contract work. You will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing land records, and interpreting complex leasehold title. Please do not submit your resume if you have only worked surface or mineral title.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex leasehold title work
• Ability to calculate working net revenue and overriding royalty interests
• An understanding of JOAs and how they affect interests
• Fluent in operating Excel spreadsheets, Dropbox, and online document search engines
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Willingness to communicate swiftly and honestly
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Industry certifications such as RPL or CPL would be beneficial
