Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations, classification of medical necessity, and development of initial treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Document all clinical interactions promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with company protocols and HIPAA regulations. This includes regular updates to treatment plans and progress notes.

• Utilize creative therapeutic modalities, including evidence-based practices, to provide impactful therapy sessions, assisting clients in reaching their therapeutic objectives.

• Safeguard the confidentiality of client records while maintaining accurate medical documentation as per legal and ethical standards.

• Build collaborative relationships with family members and other professionals involved in the client's care, coordinating referrals and services as necessary.

• Engage in regular team meetings and clinical supervision to ensure high standards of care and continuous personal development.

• Work towards licensure while maintaining active registration with the appropriate licensing board.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral health science from an accredited institution is required.

• Must be residing in or willing to relocate to Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 and 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
