Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician – Full Time (Topeka, KS) Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking a skilled, dependable, and self‑motivated Maintenance Technician to support our apartment communities in Topeka. This is a hands‑on role for a true maintenance professional who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and being the go‑to expert across multiple properties. Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Consistent daytime hours with year‑round stability. Pay $24-27 per hour, paid bi‑weekly plus up to $750 quarterly bonuses!
