Occupancy Planner

To support occupancy planning efforts, the full-time Occupancy Planner will manage space utilization, develop stack and space plans, and enhance employee experience while working remotely. Key responsibilities Maintain and analyze business unit demand/supply information and monitor against approved plans Develop current and forecasted stack plans and space plans, identifying tactical projects for implementation Build strong relationships with key client/site stakeholders to improve employee experience and coordinate with project managers Required qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of CAFM software and space management systems Experience in managing projects of varied scope and complexity Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop conclusions and recommendations Familiarity with architectural and engineering drawings, concepts, and design Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
