SG Aesthetics NY is looking for a warm, organized, and driven Patient Coordinator to join our growing team in Brooklyn, NY. This is your opportunity to be the face of a premier aesthetics practice, guiding patients through their journey from first inquiry to treatment day. - Serve as the first point of contact for patients via phone, email, and in-person consultations
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits
- Educate prospective patients on available aesthetic treatments and services
- Manage patient records, intake forms, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support treatment conversion by building rapport and addressing patient questions and concerns
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional service delivery
- Handle billing inquiries, payment processing, and financing options
- 1+ years of experience in a patient coordinator, medical receptionist, or customer-facing healthcare role preferred
- Background in aesthetics, med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment
- Proficiency with scheduling software and electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Sales-minded with a consultative, patient-first approach
- Bilingual skills a plus
