Senior Labor & Employment Attorney – Working only on Entertainment Matters Experience: 6+ years Practice Area: Labor & Employment Firm: National Firm A premier national firm is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment attorney to join its practice and only work on matters involving clients in the entertainment industry . This is an opportunity for an employment attorney who wants to develop or expand an entertainment-focused practice. Prior entertainment industry experience is not required. The Practice The role will focus primarily on: Single-plaintiff employment litigation Employment advice and counsel Discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination matters Workplace policies and employment-law compliance Employee relations and other day-to-day employment issues This position is not focused on class action or PAGA litigation . Entertainment experience is not required . Attorneys coming from a traditional management-side labor and employment practice who are interested in working with entertainment-industry clients are encouraged to apply.
