Key Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts SLP license required
• Credentials/certifications for either SLP-CCC or fulfilling SLP-CFY requirements
• Prior experience working with K-12 populations, preferably in school or pediatric settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage a school-based caseload

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students of varying ages and needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student
• Conduct assessments, write progress reports, and collaborate with educators and families
• Maintain accurate records and comply with district and state regulations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
