Gift Shop Manager

Job Type: Full Time Pay: Salary based on experience Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of ageReports to: Financial Controller As the Gift Shop Manager, you will oversee all facets of the retail gift shop, creating a space to maximize the marketing of our merchandise, and developing your team to assist our guests with excellent service. Qualifications Personal Skills Must be able to work a flexible schedule, with weekends and night time availability Ability to complete statistical reports as required. Projects and assignments are completed thoroughly, professionally, and with care. Adjusts to high-pressure conditions and is open to change. Ability to manage time well. Assumes responsibility for personal growth and development. Conducts him\herself, acts and dresses professionally at all times Understands and communicates the Margaritaville Lake Resort Mission. Expresses ideas and conveys information clearly, effectively, and professionally. Actively listens to others. Physical Requirements Minimum lifting & pulling of 20 pounds.
