Primary Care Physician

An established outpatient primary care group is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) for its Inverness, Florida location. This role offers a focus on personalized, high-quality healthcare within a supportive team environment. Practice Info

• 100% outpatient primary care
• Patient mix includes managed care, fee-for-service, and traditional Medicare
• Gradual ramp-up with 6–8 patients daily for new providers
• Established physicians average 12–15 patients per day
• 40-minute new patient visits
• 30-minute follow-up visits

Responsibilities

• Shared telephone call rotation of approximately 1:12, one week at a time

Compensation

• Base salary: $230,000
• Performance bonus opportunity

Shift & Schedule

Requirements

• MD or DO
• 1–2 years of experience in primary care preferred
• Board certification or board eligibility not required - ACNs accepted
• Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one
