Locums Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to provide locum tenens coverage in St. Ignace, Michigan. This outpatient opportunity offers a consistent four-day workweek with no call or weekend responsibilities, allowing for an excellent work-life balance. Position Details Assignment Start: Tentatively August 3, 2026 Assignment Length: Minimum 12 weeks Schedule: Monday–Thursday, four 10-hour shifts Call: None Weekends: None Practice Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric Patient Volume: Approximately 18–22 patients per day EMR: Epic Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for adult and geriatric patients. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Perform preventive care, wellness visits, and chronic disease management. Evaluate and manage acute volume and blood pressure issues. Perform pelvic exams and Pap smears. Complete disability examinations as needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic. Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
