Trade Compliance Specialist

Location- Fairhaven, MA (hybrid - Tue, Wed & Thur in office) Background- Criminal check & 5 panel drug screen (includes marijuana) Must haves: 2+ years of logistics, shipping, import or supply chain experience MS Office (Excel, Outlook and Word) Preferred: AGS, Integration Point, OneSource and Warehouse Management System Manufacturing industry Job Description: Responsibilities: Audit and code freight invoices Segregate documents and provide to appropriate stakeholders Data entry of shipment details Track and trace international import shipments Strong attention to detail Highly organized Accounting background (helpful but not required) Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Experience: Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook and Word). 2+ years of relevant logistics, import and supply chain experience. AGS, Integration Point, OneSource and Warehouse Management System experience is preferred. Manufacturing industry is preferred Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal & external customers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
