About This Role The Assistant Sales Manager plays an important role in supporting dealership sales performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position combines customer-facing sales responsibilities with leadership and operational support. The successful candidate will work closely with team members, contribute to dealership growth, and help maintain a high standard of professionalism throughout the customer journey. This role is ideal for experienced automotive sales professionals who are looking to take the next step in their career while continuing to work directly with customers.
