Are you an experienced Comfort Advisor looking for a company that values honesty, customer education, and professional growth? Or are you an HVAC Technician ready to transition out of the field while staying in the industry you know and love?

Busy, fast-growing, family-owned HVAC company seeking a motivated Comfort Advisor to join our team. We believe in educating customers, providing honest recommendations, and delivering solutions that truly fit their needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HVAC sales professional or an experienced HVAC technician looking to move into a rewarding sales role.

What You'll Do

• Receive and manage warm inbound leads from homeowners interested in HVAC replacement and upgrade solutions.

• Review and vet incoming lead information.

• Contact prospective customers and schedule your own appointments.

• Conduct in-home consultations and system evaluations.

• Educate homeowners on equipment options, efficiency ratings, financing options, and system benefits.

• Design and present HVAC replacement proposals.

• Guide customers through the purchasing process and close sales.

• Work closely with the Owner and Sales Manager to achieve company growth objectives.

• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity records.

Performance Expectations

• Close approximately 47 HVAC replacement contracts per week.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image.

• Build trust through education, transparency, and honest recommendations.

• Consistently follow company sales processes and procedures.

Qualifications

Required

• Strong communication skills with excellent customer-facing abilities.

• Professional appearance and presentation.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to understand pricing structures and communicate value effectively.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and equipment configurations.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Preferred

• Previous HVAC Comfort Advisor or In-Home Sales experience.

• HVAC Service Technician, Installer, Field experience.

• Experience presenting financing options and closing residential sales.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales software platforms.
